About me

A thoughtful, human approach to therapy.

I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel genuinely seen, heard and understood.

Compassion, curiosity and respect.

I am a registered clinical psychologist in Johannesburg, and my work is grounded in compassion, curiosity and respect for the complexity of each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative and non-judgmental, where difficult emotions can be explored at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with people navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including mood and anxiety difficulties, relational concerns, identity exploration, grief and loss, and life transitions.

My approach is integrative and evidence-based. I draw on different therapeutic frameworks to meet your unique needs. Starting therapy can feel daunting, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck or simply curious about understanding yourself better, you are welcome here.
